Anne met with Canyon Bridge partner John Kao, whose firm recently acquired Imagination Technologies, based in Kings Langley.  Imagination Technologies employ around 500 workers fom the surrounding areas. 

The acquisition of Imagination Technologies was the single biggest investment in the UK technology sector post Brexit.  Mr Kao spoke of the strength of the UK tech sector, the biggest in Europe, and the global opportunities post Brexit.  Mr Kao said that he was ‘very optimistic’ about the UK’s future post Brexit, and was excited about global markets, particularly in the Far East, which can open-up for the UK post-Brexit.
