The debate was attended by cross-party Members of Parliament as well as the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Transport; Norman Baker MP. Anne has been consistently holding Network Rail to account; the most recent figures revealed that 63% of delays on First Capital Connect were a direct result of Network Rail’s failings. read more »
