Rail Freight High Court Ruling

Following the High Court judgement which ordered the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government Eric Pickles to revisit the proposals for the 3.5 million square-metre depot on the former Radlett Airfield Anne Main speaks out.
Anne said:
“Obviously this is a very disappointing set back, we will need to read the report thoroughly, but I absolutely feel that the Secretary of State made the right decision when he refused permission. We will keep fighting for local people who do not want this. The might and money of a big developer should not be allowed to overrule a decision that has been refused at every level. I have talked to Cathy Bolshaw and I know the STRiFE team needs time to review this decision and consider their next move; but they have my full support.”
