Mental Health

4th February 2016

St Albans MP, Anne Main, supports Time to Talk Day, a campaign to encourage people experiencing mental health problems to talk about their issues.

Mental health problems affect 1 in 4 people every year, yet too often people are afraid to talk about their experiences because they fear it will affect their jobs or relationships.

Anne is patron of Mind in Mid Herts a mental health charity.  The Time to Talk campaign is run by the national Mind charity.
